I had the opportunity to film inside Pro-Roll Ltd, capturing the raw intensity and craftsmanship behind their hand-rolling mill—a process that demands precision, resilience, and skill. This video was designed to give potential employees a realistic insight into the work environment, ensuring they understand the challenges and expectations before stepping onto the shop floor.

Through interviews with experienced workers, we explored their day-to-day roles, personal experiences, and the camaraderie that comes with working in such a demanding but rewarding setting. The visuals highlight the heat, the effort, and the craftsmanship required to shape metal in a way that only a hand-rolling mill can achieve.
